  Picked up a new phone yesterday, staff couldnt have been more helpful. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Staff answered all my questions and offered me advice on the best prtoection for my phone and where to order it. Hats off to Ross, who was wearing a learners tag, but didnt need it!

  Bad, bad and worse. Understaffed! I was one of 12 people waiting while 3 staff dealt with the issues of three people. Every time I have visited a Telstra shop it has been the same weird experience where you are placed in a quest by someone with an iPad and then you wait, and wait, and wait, and wait. I am old enough to remember when the telephone system was built by the PMG (That is the Post Master General) It was a public service for all Australians and was built using the Taxes we payed. Then it was corporatised to become Telecom and sold off and re-branded Telstra.

  Rude staff. Had to repeat a phone number three times to the genius at the desk. Told someone to serve me would be available in 30 mins. Was then told i could be served within 5 minutes by the same person. Was she busy? Feeling self important?

  Staff have no idea what is going on. They simply just dont answer at all or it takes them 15 minutes to go call someone for the answer. Staff also very arrogant and think they know it all. Which it wouldn't seem so as they are always on the phone asking someone else the answer. Hopefully they can get some new staff that actually want to deal with customers and not make it feel like its an effort to answer a customers question when its what they are getting paid to do!!!!!!!

  QUESTION: Why is Telstra the only service (which we constantly pay for) make us wait and wait and then at the end of the financial year declared a vulgar profit?

  Worst coustomer service ever experienced just drive to town nothing will get sorted out here apart from that its ok.
