    I have had a couple of bad experiences here but my latest one tops the cake.

    I was talked into buying a second bracelet and asked if I could return it as it was not at all what I expected once I got it home. Unworn and I had the receipt. The manager “heath” said I could return for cash refund, I drove all the way here and he flat out refused. Not only did he make me look like an absolute idiot infront of everyone but he made me want to never return to this business every again. What a joke of a place. You don’t promise a refund to someone then when they turn up change your mind and say no AND be rude about it. Joke of a business ran by clowns.
