    Friendly staff / nurses. Great to be able to use a dr app to make appts easy. Dr De Souza is wonderful

    This doctors is the most useless doctors in southern Tasmania. The doctors wont get back to you the ladys at the front desk are so unhelpful and hang up on you. If my children are sick i would NEVER take them here.

    Have tried multiple times to have a health report drafted and sent to my insurance company so I can get life insurance. Multiple faxes and multiple emails over many months and a double appointment and still no report. May have to start legal proceedings.

    18min on hold to get an appointment, then waited from 11:30 appointment time and didn't get in till after 1pm.

    Our doctor is just great and we have had only top class care across the whole medical centre. Highly recommended.
