  My hair looks like it was hacked at by a child. $56 (cut only/no shampoo no blow dry) and I could have gotten a child to cut it. Not happy

  I went there in December 2009, asked for a short back & sides. The girl dug the electric clippers into the top of my head with no guard on- effectively giving me a zero. Once that happened, she had to keep going, and I walked out bald. I looked awful and my head burnt in the summer sun. I was extremely upset.

  I went back in April 2013 (there were no other hairdressers open at the time) what a mistake. Again asked for a short back & sides. The girl proceeded to give me a number 1 on top of my head, and a number 4 on the sides!! I looked utterly ridiculous and walked out refusing to pay. Had to go to a proper hairdresser in Hobart who charged me $35 to fix Cyber Hair's stuff up by giving me a number 1 all over which was horrifically short but had to be done. Will never go to Cyber Hair again. They butchered me twice.

  After one visit I wasn't 100% satisfied with the colour, they fitted me in next day and fixed it free of charge with voucher for a free treatment on my next visit. It's nice to know they take pride in their work and are really interested in keeping the customer happy.

  I have been going for some time and the friendliness of the staff and their commitment to the look you want can not be faulted. I note through their marketing they have won the Prime Minister's Small Business Award and I reckon they deserve it...

  Cyber hair are a reliable, professional and friendly hair salon. I have had my hair done by multiple different staff at the salon for the past 7 years, and it is always cut and coloured exactly as I ask. The staff are up to date on current hair trends, and always offer advice to make a desired look suit both my face and hair type. I will be attending the salon for many years to come.
